Prices

Our room prices are per person and night for an occupancy of 2 persons.
For single occupancy we charge an additional 30% on the room price.

The appartment prices are are per person and night with an occupancy of 2 persons and a minimum stay of 4 nights.
For the final cleaning of the appartments we charge € 30,00. 
Short stays are also possible by arrangement.

A 3rd person in the room/apartment from 16 years receives a reduction of 30%.

The local tax is € 2,10 per person and day and is charged in addition to the daily price per person. (Children under 14 years are exempt from local tax).

Reduction for children:
Children up to 3 years free of charge
Children between 3-6 years birthday 70% reduction
Children between 6-11 years 50% reduction
Children between 11-16 years 40% reduction

The prices are valid for children staying in the parents’ room/apartment with two full-paying adults.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 3 weeks before arrival the booking can be cancelled free of charge. Between three and one week, 40% of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival we charge 80 % of the total amount. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount will be charged.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance (Europäische Reiseversicherung).
Cancellation conditions due to Covid 19
In the event of a travel warning for South Tyrol, cancellation is free of charge.

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, your room/apartment will be available from 2 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room/apartment by 11 am.

Should you arrive after 6 pm, please inform us in advance.

You are also welcome to use our wellness area on the day of departure for a small surcharge (18€/person).

Pets

You are welcome to bring your pet with you if you let us know before your arrival (€ 15-20 per day). We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the wellness area and breakfast room.

Payment

You are welcome to pay the bill on the day of departure in cash (cash limit 4.999€) or credit card (EC, Visa, Mastercard). 

Measures for your safety & a carefree holiday 

In and around our Guesthouse Karnatsch there is a lot of free space, so it is easy to keep enough distance from each other. In addition, we regularly clean and disinfect all surfaces and there are disinfectant dispensers available in the house.
